Poker Joint will not allow players to use any offensive player ID names our cardroom environment must remain acceptable to all.
CHAT LANGUAGE
Poker Joint will strictly enforce the rules of a "gentleman's poker game" between our players. No abusive language in chatting will be tolerated. It is Poker Joint's responsibility to provide a friendly comfortable atmosphere for players to play in. You can think it, just don't type it! If the Poker Joint management determines that reports of misconduct and language are true, PokerJoint.com reserves the right to close out the players account and disqualify or suspend the players right to play poker at PokerJoint.com.
Players will be expected to buy-in to any particular game with a minimum of (Ten times the smaller Limit).
Example: $10 - $20 Limit Hold'em game
TABLE STAKES
Table stakes means that if a player runs out of money during a hand, then the player is only entitled to win the portion of the pot that he has contributed to himself. The other money bet after a player has run out of money will go into a side pot. This player would not be eligible for this side pot.
Short Buy-Ins - Not allowed Player names are restricted to names that would not have any propensity to offend or intimidate any other player. Poker Joint reserves the right to change a players name after discussing the issue with the player.
Poker Joint software is designed to follow standard rules of poker. Example: At the end of a hand (showdown), one player bets and another player then calls, the player betting first must show his hand first. The software will prompt this action automatically. Any player should contact us with any disputes on these matters and the decisions of Poker Joint management will be final.
